Set Menu

Paolo and Massimo don’t work with a fixed à la carte menu, instead they offer a set menu that varies from season to season, using the best seasonal ingredients and offering many opportunities for exciting discoveries!

Massimo uses his culinary flair and passion to bring out the best from the ingredients, often in unusual combinations. Paolo’s skill is to taste these innovative dishes and then to select wines, both well-known and less-well-known, which will marry perfectly with them.

- The lunch served from Tuesday through Friday is 30 euros.
- The tasting menu served in the evening from Tuesday to Thursday is at 38 euros.
- The tasting menu "surprise" served on Friday evening and Saturday evening east at 48 euros.
